About PraguePrivate

PraguePrivate is a travel agency based in Prague. We arrange everything visitors need during their stay: airport meet and greet, private transfers, hotels, licensed guides, private tours, day trips, restaurant reservations, tickets, celebrations and company events. We also work as a local partner for tour operators, travel agencies and event planners from abroad.

Experience that shows in the details

Our team has spent more than twenty years welcoming visitors to Prague: planning trips, guiding groups, driving guests and solving the problems that appear on the day. That experience is in the small decisions: which hotel has the quiet rooms, which entrance has no queue, which restaurant can seat a group of forty together, and when Charles Bridge is at its calmest.

How we work

One contact. You write to one person who knows your whole trip.

One itemised quote. Every service is listed separately in writing, so you know exactly what you are paying for. We do not publish fixed prices because every trip is different.

Licensed guides. We work only with guides who hold the Czech National Guide Card, which the law requires for guiding for pay. Our guides work in English, Spanish and Turkish, and in other languages depending on availability.

Honest advice. We recommend what fits you, and we tell you when something is not worth the time or the money.

Our legal status

PraguePrivate is a travel agency (cestovní agentura) under Czech law. We arrange individual travel services such as transport, accommodation, guides, tickets and tailor-made programmes. We do not organise or sell package holidays. The company details are shown at the bottom of every page.
