What exactly do you arrange for us?
We arrange the practical parts of a stay in Prague: airport meet and greet and private transfers, hotels, licensed guides and private tours, day trips, restaurant reservations, tickets for concerts, opera and events, and celebrations and company events. You can book a single service, such as one transfer, or let us arrange your whole stay with one contact and one itemised quote.
How does the process work, from the first email to the trip?
You send us your dates, the number of travellers and what you would like to do, by email or through the form on this website. We reply the same business day with questions or a first plan, then send a written, itemised quote. Once you confirm, we book every service, send the confirmations and, the day before, the details of your driver and guide.
How quickly do you reply?
We reply to every request on the same business day, usually within a few hours during our office hours, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00 Prague time. Requests sent in the evening or on Sunday are answered on the next business day. During your trip, you receive a contact number for anything urgent.
Do I pay you or each provider separately?
Your quote states clearly whom you pay for each service. In most cases you pay us for everything we arrange, and we pay the drivers, guides, hotels and venues. For a few services, such as some hotels or event tickets, you may pay the provider directly, and the quote tells you so before you book.
How and when do I pay?
Payment methods, deposits and due dates are stated in every quote. For most bookings, a deposit confirms the services and the balance is due before your arrival. You receive an invoice for every payment, and large programmes for groups or companies can be paid in agreed instalments.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the service and are stated in your quote before you book. For services we provide ourselves, such as transfers and guides, cancelling is free until the deadline in your quote. Hotels, venues and some tickets follow their own rules, which we pass on to you in writing. Our cancellation policy page explains the details.
